Updox's inbox is a central workspace where staff manage high volumes of incoming documents, forms, messages, and faxes. Teams rely on this inbox to quick assess what needs attention and route work to the right people.

I redesigned inbox tagging to better support real-time collaboration, enabling teams to prioritize and coordinate work more efficiently.
