I’m currently designing user experiences for an enterprise platform that enables teams at JPMorgan Chase to create plans and test recovery strategies to prepare for operational disruptions (e.g. fraud, branch outages, and natural disasters).
Prior to JPMorgan Chase, I designed several consumer features for the Pinterest app to boost retention, engagement, and trust including notification reminders, AI/ML-powered Pin translations, and the mobile expansion of the Reports and Violations Center. I also introduced a new dashboard within their self-serve creation platform, bringing visibility of in-app performance to decision-makers.
