Hey there, I’m Taylor — product designer with a strong foundation in systems thinking and visual craft

Over the past 4.5 years, I've designed enterprise and consumer products that simplify complexity, maintain clarity, and deliver visually refined experiences. Currently @JPMorgan Chase, I design planning and reporting experiences that help teams stay organized, understand progress, and act with confidence. Previously @Pinterest.

A quick snapshot of me

Experienced product designer who enjoys solving complex problems and connecting the dots across a product’s ecosystem. I’m passionate about crafting inclusive and accessible experiences that meet the needs of users and business objectives.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication Design and User Experience, providing me with a foundation in creating both visually appealing and functional product experiences.

Outside of design I enjoy finding new restaurants to try, home decor/DIY craft projects, traveling, and being a dog mom 🐶

Work experience

I’m currently designing user experiences for an enterprise platform that enables teams at JPMorgan Chase create plans and test recovery strategies to prepare for operational disruptions (e.g. fraud, branch outages, and natural disasters).

Prior to JPMorgan Chase, I designed several consumer features for the Pinterest app to boost retention, engagement, and trust including notification reminders, AI/ML-powered Pin translations, and the mobile expansion of the Reports and Violations Center. I also introduced a new dashboard within their self-serve creation platform, bringing visibility of in-app performance to decision-makers.
